SATURDAY, JUNE 20 BETWEEN 10 AM & 12 PM
Sign up in person and receive a free giveaway for all ages, while supplies last. Incentives (while supplies last) include face painting, a caricaturist, dinosaur cookies, a craft table, soft pretzels, 3D-printed bookmarks, a green screen station, buttons, and additional activities. All challenges end Monday, August 17.

CHILDREN
- Unearth a Story this season and discover that Summer Starts with Us. Read, explore, and earn rewards all summer long. For every 60 minutes of reading, you will earn a prize such as a free book, a brag tag, or a virtual raffle ticket. Raffle tickets can be entered for a chance to win local gift cards or the grand prize: a Toniebox 2 bundle with Tonies characters, headphones, and a carrying case. GRADE 6 TO 12
TEEN
- Earn virtual badges and raffle tickets by reading books and completing activities in our Unearth a Story activity book for a chance to win prizes. All registrants will receive a free book and a 3D-printed fossil dinosaur bookmark and will be entered into the grand prize drawing for a $150 Amazon gift card. Prize details and drawing date are to be determined.
AGES 18+
ADULTS
- Each book read earns a raffle entry for weekly gift card drawings. All participants are also entered into a $150 Bayport Flower House Grand Prize drawing at summer’s end.
- Visit “Independence Hall” in the parking lot during the kickoff to sign the Declaration replica and take a photo! Complete a treasure map challenge to win flower seed packets.
- Submit entries by 11:59 pm Sundays. Final drawings are Monday, August 17. Register at the kick-off event, online, or at the Adult Services Desk by Saturday, August 8.
