Registered Programs
The library accepts registration forms on a walk-in basis. Come to your library to pick up the forms you need, fill them out and return them to the circulation desk with your payment in cash or a check made out to the Connetquot Public Library.
Forms will be available from Tuesday, March 16 through Thursday, March 18.. All forms returned before Friday, March 19 will be computer processed. All processed forms will be mailed back to you during the week of March 22. They will indicate those programs for which you are registered and those for which you are on a
waiting list. If you are not registered for a class, a check will be returned at that time.
There will not be any refunds once registration is complete.
Please follow these rules in filling out your application:
- You must have a Connetquot Public Library card in good standing.
- All registrants must be over the age of 18 unless otherwise noted.
- It is not possible to register by phone.
- Programs are for district residents only.
- The Defensive Driving Course will be considered a separate registration.
- write successful resumes and cover letters
- Choose programs in order of preference by placing number “1” in the box in front of the program most desired. Continue to number “2, 3, etc.” for all other program choices.
- When there is more than one time slot available for the same program, indicate preference by choosing “A,” “B,” or “C.”
Please notify the library as soon as possible if you are registered for a program and cannot attend so that another person may fill your place.
