Place a Hold on a Popular Title
You may place holds on certain items that are checked out or on order by doing the following:
- From the Search Results - Click on Place Hold to the left of the title you would like to place a Hold (Reserve) on.
Example:
- Type in your Library Card # (the barcode number on the back of your library card)
Example:
- Click
- The catalog will then confirm your hold
- Click OK
You can place a hold on items that have a call number of ON ORDER.
You cannot place a hold on the following items.
- All Reference material
- All videos or DVDs (call number beginning with VHS or DVD)
- All periodicals (call number beginning with MAG)
