A Patron who owes more than $3.00 in fines and/or unreturned material, may not borrow additional material until fines are paid and overdue material is either returned or paid for.

To register for programs each child is required to have his or her own library card. Children who are not yet 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the registration form. Parents are responsible for materials checked out on their children’s library card. Patrons under 18 are not authorized to check out library DVDs or VHS.
