Stress Reduction Through Movement
Open to district residents only. Limit of 30 people.
This program will explore stress reduction techniques, identify stressors and areas of the body where stress is held. Then the class will learn stretching, moving and rhythmic activities that will help to "let go" of stress. Participants may also experience increased awareness and mood, mind/body/spirit integration and further insight into self. This is an exercise class; please dress in loose, comfortable clothing, and check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program.
