Have fun and improve your fitness at these lively exercise sessions conducted by certified instructor Bobbi Ann DePierro. Zumba is a high-energy cardio-aerobic workout. It combines Latin beats (salsa, meringue, cha-cha) and other rhythms with fat-burning, hip-twisting movements. Wear comfortable clothing and low tread sneakers or dance shoes.
