Would you be able to respond to a medical emergency and provide life sustaining care while waiting for an ambulance to arrive? Quick response in time of crisis could save a life. This training course could make all the difference. Upon completion you will receive a two-year, nationally recognized certification card in emergency care for infants/children/adults which will be sent to you by the American Safety and Health Institute. Note: There will be a separate registration for this workshop in the children's department. A non-refundable fee of $10.00 (cash or check made payable to Connetquot Public Library)will be collected at the time of registration. It begins on Thursday, June 5, and continues until the session is filled. You will know when you register whether you are enrolled.
