Gut, Butt, and Thighs

Although this program does not require you to register, you will need to present your Connetquot Library card at the door. Limit of 45 people.

You will tighten your abs, lift your rear, and firm your legs in this muscle conditioning class. Please bring a spongy mat and dress in layers. Floor work is required. Ellyn Seltzer is the instructor.
