Tai Chi

Although this program does not require you to register, you will need to present your Connetquot Library card at the door. Limit of 30 people.

Jim Cummings teaches a simplified form of Tai Chi, plus other exercises that will give you a daily routine with all the benefits of classical Tai Chi. Dress in loose clothing, and soft soled shoes.
