Enjoy this new Zumba program with Joy Walker. It is a slower paced version of Zumba intended for people of all ages and abilities. Have fun and add to your fitness while exercising to the Latin based rhythms of merengue, cha-cha, salsa, and others. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
