Stress Reduction Through Movement
Open to district residents only. Limit of 30 people.
The class will learn stretching, moving and rhythmic activities that will help "let go" of stress. Participants may experience increased awareness and mood, mind/body/spirit integration and further insight into self. This is an exercise class; dress in loose comfortable clothing, and check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program.
