Come to the fitness party at these lively exercise sessions with certified instructor Bobbi Ann DePirro. Zumba is a high-energy cardio-aerobic workout. It combines Latin (salsa, merengue, cha-cha) and other rhythms with fat-burning, hip-twisting movements. Wear comfortable clothing and low tread sneakers or dance shoes.
