Cultivating Your Energy with Tai Chi/Chi Gong

Although this program does not require you to register, you will need to present your Connetquot Library card at the door. Limit of 30 people.

Tai Chi and Chi Gong are ancient techniques designed to increase energy, improve balance and stability, and reduce stress. Jim Cummings teaches a program that includes a simplified system of Tai Chi and Chi Gong that is easy to learn and can be done by anyone regardless of age and physical condition. Dress in loose comfortable clothing.
