Stretch, Tone, and Muscle Development Workshop

Open to district residents only. Limit of 40 people.

Get in shape to tackle the holiday season with vigor, strength, and enthusiasm. Exercise specialist Joy Walker teaches movements that involve stretching, weight training, and improved joint elasticity and flexibility. Wear exercise clothing and bring with you a towel or mat and one set of three-pound weights.
