Meal Prep Made Easy

We often begin our week with the best of intentions, and then our intentions fall by the wayside.  We work late, don't make it to the store, don't have time to cook and/or have nothing in the house.  If you can relate and would like to change old patterns, join us at this workshop with Tina Annibell, certified holistic health counselor.  Handouts and recipes will be provided.
