Pilates/Yoga for Seniors

Open to district residents only. 

Limit of 30 people.

Experience the mind and body connection of yoga and Pilates.  Feel their fitness benefits by reducing stress, strengthening the body and improving breathing.  Popular exercise specialist Joyce Walker conducts these classes for seniors.  No floor work is entailed.  Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
